Exchanges & Returns Policy

How to Return or Exchange an Item

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

1. Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags. Ensure that the original packaging which your item/s came in is in resellable condition.

3. Complete the Returns Form. Make sure to include your order number which starts with a # (email us for this at 'support@gaboslondon.com' if one didn't come in your order) and include it in your return package.

4. Ship the item back using a DPD tracked and insured shipping service (customers cover return shipping costs - please use signed tracking) 

5. Once received, we will process your return within 10 business working days and issue store credit via a digital gift card.

 

 

Important Return Guidelines

1. Refunds will be in the form of Store credit only (issued via gift card which must be used within 3 months beginning from the date of issue).

2. Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for bodysuits, socks, underwear, gloves, or headwear.

3. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

4. Exchanges: If you want to swap for a different size or item, please request an exchange on the Returns Form. Once we receive your return item, we will inspect it then issue you with store credit which you will then use to order your desired item/s.

5. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

6. Faulty or incorrect items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@gaboslondon.com immediately with your order number and HD photos within 24 hours of your delivered item and the subject title as either of the above.
