2 STEP RETURNS PROCESS

  • Complete the returns forms detailing your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM ORDERED AND SIZE.

  • Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund. You will then receive a refund confirmation by email/SMS.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

  • **PLEASE NOTE: ALL DISCOUNTED OR SALE PURCHASES CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED.**
  • Please ensure you enclose a completed exchanges/returns form with your order 
  • Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
  • PLEASE NOTE ALL REFUNDS WILL BE AN ONLINE STORE GIFTCARD. THE VOUCHER HAS NO EXPIRY DATE AND WILL STAY VALID UNTIL USED
  • Returns within the UK should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please use ROYAL MAIL to do so. For international returns, please use a tracking service such as UPS or DHL.
  • Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.
  • Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and return to the following address:

RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.
  • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.

INTERNATIONAL

  • For All International Returns, please ensure to use a tracking service that will enable you to track your return.
  • Please also note that additional costs may apply when making an international return.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Gabos London warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.

UK DELIVERY

We deliver to all UK mainland address. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect.

UK orders are sent via 48hr royal mail service. Meaning once your order is dispatched it should arrive to you within 2 days 

 

TRACKING

Once you receive confirmation of fulfilment/dispatch of your order, you will receive notification of this via email which will contain your tracking number.

It is your responsibility to track your order once this tracking number has been given to you.

 

REST OF EUROPE DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from the UK. Gabos London are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country.These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient. TRACKINGYour order once dispatched should take up to 5 days to be delivered to you. This time could be affected by customs of the destination country.

Once you receive confirmation of fulfilment/dispatch of your order, you will receive notification of this via email which will contain your tracking number.

It is your responsibility to track your order once this tracking number has been given to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship to over 100 countries around the world including North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. 

International Custom fees & Duties

International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.

Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
