What do you class as a "working day"?

A working day is classed as Monday to Friday where there is no public holiday.

What is the difference between "dispatch" time and "delivery" time?

Dispatch time is the time from once we receive your order, process and package it to be sent off to our courier.

Delivery time is the time in which our courier will take to get your order from us and have it delivered to your address.

UK orders should arrive within 48 Hours once dispatched.

International orders should arrive within 3 - 5 days once dispatched.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

If you are still within our despatch window, we kindly ask you to be patient whilst we despatch your order. More information on our despatch window can be found here.

Which couriers do you use?

We currently use Royal Mail for all our courier services for both UK domestic orders & international orders.

What are your transit times for each courier?

Transit times depend on the destination and service used. For DPD domestic, we always use a next day service (not including weekend). For DPD Europe, we always ship using DPD Classic. For DHL, we always use an express service.

How can I track my parcel?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders can be tracked using their website or thier App.

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. box?

No, our preferred couriers cannot deliver to a PO box.

I ordered something, but I haven't gotten an email?

Please contact us so we can assist you with your order.

What do I do if an item is missing from an order?

For large orders we may split them over two packages. Please check your emails for any further tracking numbers.

If an item is missing, please contact customer support with your order number and missing item

Can I have have my parcel redirected to a different address?

If your order is yet to be fulfilled, yes.

If your order has been dispatched, no.



What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

As soon as the fault has been discovered, please contact us for an exchange.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Please note, we cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled before being processed due to our varying process times.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We are extremely sorry if there are any issues with your order and we want to sort this right away.

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

We cannot always guarantee that your order will be changed in time.

If it is still waiting to be fulfilled then yes.

When will you have an item back in stock?

Please keep an eye on our Instagram page here for any news on product releases and restocks.

A large portion of our products will never be restocked, so grab it whilst you can.

What are your products made from?

We use a wide range of materials in our products. Please refer to the product page or label for details on individual products.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

Yes, however, we currently do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards along with PayPal.


Once we have processed your refund, it can take between 3-5 working days depends on the card you used to pay with. Please contact your card issuer if it has been longer than 5 working days.
